The american Club Nintendo is currently under maintenance.
Once this maintenance is done you will be able to exchange your Club Nintendo coins for a code to download Fluidity, 3D Classics: Xevious and Super Mario Kart. Sounds like a nice way to get some extra games, hopeful other regions adopt this feature soon.
