Wii U release date and price to be revealed in 2012

Are you hoping to get more Wii U information before the end of the year? Well It seems any new information won't be coming from Nintendo.

When questioned at a recent investors meeting if the recent price drop of the 3DS will play any part in the launch of the Wii U, CEO and President Satoru Iwata responded that:

"We are going to announce the release date and the price next year when we are able to explain the specific proposals."

So I guess we just sit tight until next year then, but I think (hope) Nintendo will have learnt from the recent 3DS ordeal, it will be interesting to see how things play out for them though.
