Samus and Mario will both be seeing an outing on the eShop before the end of the year.
Another thing to look forward to, Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins and Metroid II: Return of Samus are both coming to the eShop before the end of the year. Super Mario Land 2 is the sequel to Super Mario Land (reviewed here) and is famously the first game in which Wario appears. Metroid II is the first handheld Metroid title and surprisingly it's really underrated. You can expect reviews of both of these titles at some point so come back then to see if they are worth downloading.
