Developers of highly praised DS title '999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors ' Chunsoft are working on a game for the 3DS according to an announcement in Japanese magazine Sinobi.
The games title roughly translates as 'Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die' and will apparently be in a similar style as 999 was. For those who never played it 999 was a very story based puzzle game, it kind of shares some similarities in gameplay to the Ace Attorney series. Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die will have a story focused around the main character Sigma who wakes up in a strange warehouse after being kidnapped. He then has to play a bunch of games with some other people to survive. Chunsoft have already said that the game is about 50% complete. We haven't seen too much of the game yet but this is defiantly a title to watch out for.
